Classic English White Wheat Breads

All our Classic English Wheat Breads are made from the same dough stock using a 16-hour sponge to coax the maximum flavour from the grain. This traditional method has two added benefits:  It gives these loaves excellent keeping qualities, and it also helps to make the loaf more digestible.  The different shapes and baking methods (in a tin or on the sole of the oven) lend each variety distinctive characteristics.
