Though small in size, these breads are still big in flavour and texture.  Perfect when catering for large parties or groups, or for small sandwiches and "nibbles".

Bagels

The roll with the hole.  Poached before baking for that traditional shiny, chewy crust.   Available in plain, poppy or sesame.

Unbleached White Flour, Sugar, Barley Malt, Sourdough Starter, Water, Whey, Yeast and Salt

English Muffins

Big, hearty muffins!  These are made with a yoghurt sponge that keeps them soft inside.

Unbleached White Flour, Stoneground Wholemeal Flour, Yoghurt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Water, Yeast  and Salt

Hamburger Buns

The perfect bun for your burgers:  nice and soft to absorb all those lovely juices, but sturdy enough to not fall apart, and with just a hint of sweetness to compliment whatever goes inside.

Unbleached White Flour, Sourdough Starter, Milk, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Yeast and Salt
