Italian Baking

A whole course devoted to the many bread traditions of Italy, including pizza, pane Pugliese, Tuscan salt-free bread, pane de Genzano, our famous chocolate bread, and many more.



One-day courses are £175 per person (including VAT) and include lunch, recipes and notes for the day, a Lighthouse Bakery School apron, and the delicious produce you have made. Children £60.00 per child.
