Worldwide Bread Traditions

Discover a wide world of bread-making traditions ranging from the Mediterranean basin to the Indian sub-continent, including flatbreads such as Rajasthani salt & spice bread, Afghan snowshoe naan and pitta.



One-day courses are £165 per person (including VAT) and include lunch, recipes and notes for the day, a Lighthouse Bakery School apron, and the delicious produce you have made. Children £50.00 per child.
