European Baking
The rich tradition of long-fermented doughs in a variety of styles will be examined in this course, including Italian pane pugliese, French pain de campagne, German rye and Swedish limpa.
One-day courses are £165 per person (including VAT) and include lunch, recipes and notes for the day, a Lighthouse Bakery School apron, and the delicious produce you have made. Children £50.00 per child.
