Overview
We are conscious of the fact that a lot of the small equipment we use as a matter of course in the bakery is not easily available to the home baker. In 2004 we devoted part of our London shop to essential tools for the home baker. Since opening the Bakery School, we have expanded our range of equipment, and are pleased to offer these to baking enthusiasts, whether you come on a course or not.
Because many of the items are made specifically for us in small batches, we do not always carry a huge amount of stock, so we would advise anyone interested in purchasing items to telephone us in advance, or to make an appointment to visit us at the bakery. Postage and packing will vary.
