One-day courses are £175 per person (including VAT) , and include a delicious, seasonal home-made lunch, all the recipes and extensive notes for the class of the day, a Lighthouse Bakery School cotton bib apron, and of course you take home everything you have baked.
Courses are held Wednesdays to Saturdays, and we suggest participants arrive at 09:30 for a prompt 10:00 start. We aim to finish by 16:30, but it may be just a bit later. Courses are subject to availability. Minimum course size is two people, maximum class size is seven people. Classes are intentionally small to ensure each person gets individual attention.
A deposit of 50% will secure your place on a course, and the balance is due on the day of the course. Alternatively, you may pay in full at the time of booking. A refund of your deposit (or full payment) will be made if the course is cancelled for any reason. Participants who book and are obliged to cancel must inform us at least four weeks in advance to receive a full refund and avoid a cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee. We will accept payment by cheque (payable to Lighthouse Bakery) or by credit or debit card.
